A gong bath is a form of sound therapy where the gong is played in a therapeutic way to aid in healing; you are bathed in sound waves, there is no water involved, or clothes removed.
All you have to do is lie comfortably, close your eyes, and let yourself relax. 😴

20~30 minutes very light stretching. The stretching is important to lie down comfortably and get the full effects of the Gong.
5~7 to harmonize everyone’s energy, via chanting.
