Fentimans Thailand has dispatched one of their best, Francesco Moretti, to share some refreshing drink recipes! This week, you’ll be taught how this renowned mixologist makes a Coffee and Tonic, Gin and Tonic, and as a bonus, a surprise Fentimans special.

What you’ll need – 

For Coffee and Tonic:

• A shot of espresso or coffee cold brew
• Fentimans Rose Lemonade (or tonic water)
• Rose Syrup (optional)
• Lemon as a garnish

For Gin and Tonic:

• Gin
• Fentimans Connoisseurs Tonic Water (original tonic water)
• Fentimans Botanical Tonic Water (flavored tonic water)
• Cucumber and mint leaves, Mango and basil as a garnish

For the surprise Cocktail : 

• 45ml Vodka
• 15ml Sugar Syrup
• 20ml Lime Juice
• Fentimans Ginger Beer (or ginger beer)
• Lime and Mint leaves as a garnish
